Product Description
The MIC10 is a handy compact unit featuringnarrow probes that measure in any direction, allowing you to test components injust about any location.
The MIC 10 functions using the UCI method(Ultrasonic Contact Impedance). This allows quick and easy hardness measurementthanks to the Vickers diamond indent in the material’s surface beingelectronically measured and displayed as a hardness value. This means you won’tneed any of the optical evaluation normally associated with Vickers hardnesstesting.
With a single key function, your readings aredisplayed as a single value or as the active arithmetical average value of ahardness measurement set. Adjustable alarm thresholds display criticalmeasurement values both visually and with audible alarms. While the calibrationparameters for low and non-alloyed steel are preprogramed into the unit, theMIC10 can be easily recalibrated to other materials. Calibrations and othersettings can also be stored automatically for repeating the same tests.
The MIC10 is able to generate and print reportsusing the RS 232C interface. Alternatively, your measurement data can betransferred to a PC for further evaluation.
